MJN Social Manager is a tool that helps you plan, draft, schedule, and publish content to social and commerce platforms you connect (Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest). The Service can generate draft captions, hashtags, and images using AI based on the brand profile and instructions you provide. You choose whether to approve, edit, reject, or schedule any draft before it is posted on your behalf.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service, and use it on behalf of a business or for a lawful purpose.

When you connect a platform such as Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or Pinterest, you authorize the Service to access that platform on your behalf, limited to what you approve during that platform's own authorization flow. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your Dashboard. You remain responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service and content policies — connecting an account does not relieve you of your obligations to that platform.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or approve through the Service, including AI-generated drafts once you approve them. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish, including that it is accurate, that you have the rights to use any media involved, and that it complies with applicable law and the policies of the platform you publish to.

AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published — we are not responsible for content you approve and publish.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Violate the terms of service of any platform you connect through us.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in platform manipulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning as intended, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including the timing of scheduled posts, which depends in part on third-party platforms and services outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJN Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content published through connected platforms, lost profits, or lost data.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
